The Chalet Beranger takes a big step away from traditional ski lodge designs. In place of typical wood logs and cowbells, this ski lodge features concrete walls and minimalist furniture. Strangely enough, as sterile as those aspects might seem, the Chalet Beranger is still cozy in a contemporary way. All that it does away with is the quintessentially quaint aesthetic, which its exterior happily maintains.
Re-imagined by Parisian designer and interior architect Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, the Chalet Beranger is complete with a dramatic steel staircase, dangling industrial lights and floating bedroom furniture that includes the bed and fireplace.
The Chalet Beranger offers a unique place to stay in the Alps, St Martin de Belleville to be exact.
