After a 12-Year Hiatus, Kellogg’s is Bringing Back Its Cereal Straws

90s kids brace yourself for some good news because Kellogg's has just announced that its Cereal Straws will be returning to store shelves this fall.

In the 90s, Kellogg's sold edible Cereal Straws, which were essentially cereal-coated wafer cookies in the shape of straws. The idea behind the treat is that you could use the straw to slurp up the sweet cereal milk at the bottom of your bowl. Despite the popularity of the wafer, Kellogg's discontinued the cookies 12 years ago.

But thanks to pleas on social media and a petition circulated by dedicated fans, the Cereal Straws will be returning o store shelves in October. The cookies will come in 5-count, 18-count, and 24-count boxes in two sweet flavors: Froot Loops and Cocoa Krispies.
