Provocative celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis will be featured in Architectural Digest. The iconic design magazine will showcase the chef’s home in its December 2008 issue.
The Italian beauty’s life is in high gear; she has a new baby, a happy marriage, multiple Food Network cooking shows and four successful cookbooks, including her latest, ‘Giada’s Kitchen: New Italian Favorites.’
She lives in Malibu with her husband Todd in this modern two-story home, designed by architect Peter Cohen. The house is made from African teak, glass and stucco. Inside contemporary decor abounds. There is plenty of white, a California essential, highlighted with shots of red, yellow and chocolate brown. The massive chef’s kitchen has two dishwashers and four ovens. Then there are those fabulous views of the ocean from a 500-square foot deck.
