Italian shoemaker Casbia works with American sportswear label Champion to deliver two footwear models in six new colorways for the Spring/Summer 2018 season. The collaborative two-piece range is comprised of the AWOL ATLANTA silhouette and the VELOCE ATL model. The AWOL ATLANTA is a hybrid piece inspired by the 90s and is available in three tones. The pair is crafted in Italy and has stonewashed leather materials as its uppers. There are also adjustable double lace systems influenced by paratrooper footwear. Additional accents are the YKK zipper enclosures and python-rubber outsoles.
The VELOCE ATL sneakers are a reinterpreted version of the Champion trainers from the 90s, created to be a performance shoe whilst still serving its purpose as a casual sneaker. It is constructed from Italian calf leather across its uppers and it also rests on top of python-rubber outsoles.
