Packaging so often refers to a cardboard box or a plastic film, but this is certainly not the case for Bzzz Armenian Honey packaging. Several pieces of treated timber have been combined to produce an incredibly unique and visually appealing protective cover for the jar inside that makes the product really stand out on the shelf.
Designer Stepan Azaryan of Bone Creative explains that many companies have forgone the opportunity to dress up natural commodities like this sweet bee-made treat. This project marks a deliberate effort to enhance the visual image of the scrumptious spread, even though it may not need the extra marketing. Bzzz Armenian Honey packaging comprises a cap, a base and four smoothly sanded rings in the middle, all threaded with a rope handle to produce the endearing appearance of a beehive.
