This plum and burrata flatbread is kind of like a colorful, healthier take on the homemade pizza. Created by Lindsay on the food blog Love and Olive Oil, the flatbread recipe contains not just arugula, balsamic glaze and burrata cheese, but, unusually enough, plums as well.
Using a combination of plums that are yellow and red on the inside, the creamy burrata flatbread is a dish of many colors.
