The Burger King Whopper Melt is being tested by the brand at select locations in Toledo, Ohio where patrons can pick one up as a new way to enjoy some of their favorite flavors and ingredients. The sandwiches are achieved with the brand's signature Whopper patties that are serviced inside two slices of bread instead of the usual buns with its burgers. The sandwiches come in three varieties to choose from including the Whopper Melt, the Spicy Whopper Melt and the Bacon Whopper Melt.
The Burger King Whopper Melt is presently only available at select locations during the testing period where it can be purchased starting at $3.99. The sandwich comes as the brand's take on the patty melt and could help to introduce the diner classic to a whole new generation.
