Bullet Time is Back with This Cool Camera Array with 15 GoPro Cameras

Every day life gets one heck of a cool kick with this bullet time enabling GoPro Camera array from Marc Donahue of Permagrin Films.
By lining up 15 GoPro cameras in a row, Donahue was able to add an intoxicating effect to his short films. The array allowed him to freeze and rotate things like aerial bicycle tricks, drum solos and flying guitar playing. Even though the special bullet time effect was mesmerizing back in 1999 when Keanu Reeves first dodged bullets in 3D space in the Sci-Fi classic 'The Matrix,' the effect was a little played out in the intervening years. Now that the fad has cooled off a bit, it almost carries a futuristic yet retro vibe. The fact that the GoPro cameras are small enough to create bullet time effects at home in enclosed spaces is also quite the impressive feat.
