Perfect for this time of year, this sensational and seasonal brie dip contains fennel and leeks. Ideal as a shareable appetizer or snack, whether at a dinner party or a more casual gathering, the warm caramelized fennel and leek cheese dip even works for Thanksgiving at the end of the month.
The fennel is caramelized by searing it on both sides. The leeks and garlic compliment the brie cheese well, while the lemon zest and crushed red pepper are also a lovely (not to mention tasty) addition. The brie dip also contains parmesan and is topped with mozzarella too. The creamy, sweet and savory dish pairs well with toasted baguette slices, but crackers will also do.
