'Braskem,' a Latin America-based 3D printing materials company, announced the launch of a new dedicated e-commerce platform titled 'Braskem3D.' Braskem3D was created through a collaboration between Braskem and 'Xenon,' a company that offers e-commerce management solutions and convenient tools for platform creation that it titles 'directibility.'
The Braskem3D platform uses a direct-to-consumer model whereby customers are able to purchase 3D printing materials for individual use, for small businesses, or for medium-sized businesses. However, the company will not engage in wholesaling to larger businesses. The Braskem3D platform has a customized storefront that is intuitive to navigate, as well as full back-end management such as inventory tracking, order support, customer service, and more.
With the launch of Braskem3D, Braskem is solidifying itself as one of the largest players in the 3D printing materials space in Latin America, taking advantage of technologies used by some of the largest 3D printing materials companies around the world.
