Creative agency 'Zemoga' conceptualized a new guided shopping app for 'The North Face,' which provides each customer with a dedicated brand Sherpa. This app is designed to help The North Face build a loyal consumer base by layering experiences that bring value.

To help The North Face strengthen the ongoing relationship with its customers, Zemoga designed a guided shopping app. The app provides customers with a dedicated brand Sherpa who can help assist them with whatever their needs may be. The app is equipped with a two-way communication tool that allows the guide to provide advice, product recommendations and even help book trips.
