Bouchaine is Offering 50 Minute Wine Tastings in Three Options
Bouchaine is a winery in Sonoma and it launched a custom virtual wine tasting to navigate through the COVID-19 outbreak. This gives consumers 50 minutes to enjoy the tastes of Californian wine country from the safety of their own homes. The custom tastings are broken down into three options and based off their experience and knowledge -- there is Winemaker 101, 201, and 301.
101 is designed for casual wine drinkers who are looking to learn basic information including how wine achieves its color and what grapes make which wines. Leading to 301, which dives into clones, known as the grape vines that become grafted together and aromas and flavors. All classes are led by a live host that overlooks the vineyards. Once the wines are purchased, a private time can be set up for the virtual tasting.
