To celebrate the hard-working authors who made with 2016 Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction shortlist, Bailey's is its first ever pop-up book bar. By combining a love of reading with Bailey's products, the event provides a fun way to celebrate some of the UK's most talented female authors.
The Baileys Prize Book Bar is a pop-up event that will be held inside Waterstones' new Tottenham Court Road bookstore. The basement of the shop will be transformed into a giant bar that will serve delicious drinks such as the Bailey's Flat White martini or a cup of coffee with Bailey's. As guests sip their free drinks they will be able to listen to each of the six shortlisted novels being read aloud by actors. There will also be engaging literary discussions and panel events hosted by inspirational women from across the UK.
The Baileys Prize Book Bar not only showcases Bailey's products, but it also gives the brand an opportunity to support and celebrate female authors.
