Bacardi Rum has teamed up with streetwear label Nahmias and award-winning music producer Boi-1da to launch an all-new clothing line that is tied to a first-of-its-kind music distribution model.
All of the items in the capsule, which includes hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, and hats, come with embedded QR codes. When users scan these codes with their mobile devices they will be redirected to a specific album by a chosen musician. The new clothing capsule will be offered as part of Bacardi's broader Music Liberates Music program, which intends to provide a platform for up-and-coming artists in the music industry.
