British firm Blue Forest, designers and buildings of luxury treehouses, designed a treehouse that looks like it belongs in a fantasy animated film rather than the real world.
Blue Forest have named their creation 'The Quiet Treehouse,' as it has been designed keeping in mind sound engineering concepts than ensure a quiet, tranquil dwelling unaffected by the hustle, bustle and noise of its surrounding environment.
The treehouse looks like a thicket of trees rather than a single tree, with three primary trunks supporting the somewhat jellyfish-shaped upper space. Once inside the treehouse, inhabitants get the feeling that they're immersed within leafy tree tops and separated from the busy world below.
The Quiet Treehouse will eventually be donated to the Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice in West Sussex in the U.K. The structure is intended to provide children and their families a fun, stimulating yet peaceful environment in which to play and relax.
