As you might have guessed from the name, the Birizza is a cross between a pizza and biryani. Biryani is a mixed rice dish popular throughout India, Pakistan, and the South of Asia. The Birizza dish manages to combine these two dishes by taking basmati rice, wrapping it in fresh dough, and then baking it like a calzone. The dish comes in two varieties, so the Chicken Birizza also features butter chicken masala, while the Veggie Birizza features spicy veggie masala.
