The beard font is what happens when nerdy and hairy graphic designers get drunk and/or bored.
With the many mundane details of designing fonts, it’s no surprise that a font designer would find time to make such a silly typesetting. Unfortunately, the font isn’t especially easy to read, and some of the letters (we’re thinking p) are pushing the beard possibilities.
The beard font seems like something that could only be dreamed up by someone who regularly plays Magic the Gathering.
