Barbie is continuing her climb into upscale. This latest Barbie doll won't go on sale, but it is said to be worth $94,800. Its a promotional item in the for the “Barbie and the Diamond Castle†presentation, which releases on DVD soon.
There are 44 round-cut stones, including 318 real diamonds, on her attire. Her entire accessory, a tiara, slippers, earrings, necklace, bracelet and the ring have all been made out diamonds and white gold.
