To mark International Bacon Day, Schlotzsky’s is serving up its brand new 'Bacon Bread' for a limited time.
Available from September 5th through September 12, Schlotzsky’s new Bacon Bread is an exclusive bakery offering. The new loaf takes the brand's signature sourdough dough and combines it with bits of crispy bacon and mild cheddar cheese. The whole loaf is then oven-baked to meld the flavors of bacon and grilled cheese right into the dough. The individual sandwich buns are baked fresh each morning and toasted before serving. Best of all, you can enjoy the new Bacon Bread with just about any type of sandwich. The only catch is that you'll have to try it before it disappears from the menu.
