Furniture brand Allermuir and Benjamin Hubert have worked together to create a new set of furnishings called the Axyl collection. The Y-frame pieces are smooth and tactile in terms of aesthetic, but what's most noteworthy about them is their materials. All the pieces in the Axyl collection are made from recycled materials like wood, nylon, and aluminum.
The legs and frame of the furnishings are made from recycled aluminum, while the seats and tabletops in the collection are made from either recycled wood fibers, timber, or nylon depending on the specific model ordered. The chairs also include an optional cushion, made completely out of recycled nylon as well.
