These Authentic Wood Tables are Made Using 50,000-Year-Old Wood

Using literally the oldest wood in the world to make authentic wood tables, Polish furniture design studio Holzano teams up with innovative design forming firm Zieta to make a table using 50,000-year-old wood.
The Ancient Kauri Table is made using Ancient Kauri wood, which is the oldest wood in the world. The designers mix this wood with FiDU (the latest in flexible steel forming technology) to create authentic wood tables. Wanting to emphasize the idea of using materials that are almost perishing because of our aggressive way of life, the designers ask us to take a step back from it all and just appreciate the age and beauty of the wood they use.
The intriguing mix of old and new will bring life to any room and be a definite conversation-starter when you have guests over.
