Arctic Beer, the number one product from Mack, was given a modern makeover by design firm Tank. The challenge was to create a design that would translate well to the expanding Arctic Beer product line, which now included a Light and Ice version.
The goal was to create can designs for Arctic Beer that were modern and young, but were also still reminiscent of its predecessors' styles. What Tank came up with is a simplified brand identity that places emphasis on the beer's name and the desirable coldness of the beverage. The minimalist look is a representation of the location that Arctic Beer is brewed in. The packaging reflects the pure arctic environment and the fresh water that is used in the beer, ensuring the drinker can feel its refreshing nature before even drinking the alcohol itself.
