Artist Anna Meister has created a sparkling igloo-like structure out of a slew of red umbrellas. While some people may be shaking their heads at the lack of ice blocks, most people will be mesmerized by the glittering canopy, which illuminates the red fabric with a soft glow. When underneath, it almost seems like a person is under a constellation of stars.
Created for this year's Vivid Sydney, Anna Meister's visually stunning art installation is located on the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct Light Walk. This section of the festival was designed and curated by photographer Peter Greig. Anna Meister's installation is one of many that work together to whisk audience's away into a fantastical world filled with wonder.
