Hosting Hounds is a collection of animal-like furniture designs. Although much more abstract than that will lead people to believe, the overall silhouettes are chock full of adorable personality, which may inspire people to inadvertently start treating them like real live pets. In a way, furniture is meant to provide comfort, if not necessarily companionship.
Designed by Tom Bendkovski of Tomski Design, the animal-like furniture was part of his final project at H.I.T. (Holon Institute of Technology in Israel). The Hosting Hounds collection is comprised of three pieces: a chair, coffee table and stool. The chair will probably be one of people's favorites since it looks like a dog is humping another dog. The animal-like furniture line is quite risque.
