Armored Fresh's Almond Milk Cheese is Debuting in Three Flavors

Armored Fresh will soon be debuting its snackable almond milk cheese cubes in three varieties and it's on a mission to show the world that "vegan cheese can actually taste really good,” as said by Andrew Yu, CEO of Armored Fresh.

At the 2022 Winter Fancy Food Show, Armored Fresh will be representing the vegan cheese category. The global vegan cheese market is only expected to grow, spurred on by the increasing prevalence of lactose intolerance and rising demand for plant-based products from Millennials and Gen Z. At the event, visitors will be able to sample plain, blueberry and cheddar vegan cheese cubes that have a soft texture and profiles that rival animal-based products.

In the future, the company sees the potential to create super vegan cheese that's fortified with vitamins and other nutritionally beneficial ingredients.
