&Tradition works in collaboration with Stockholm-based Note Design Studio on the new Alima trolley. This marks the first design in the studio's capsule for &Tradition. It is made from an elegant metal form and detailed with minimal details. It is a bar cart and adapts to a varied range of uses and spaces.
Designer at Note Design Studio Kristoffer Fagerström speaks to the trolley's versatility, stating that “When we are designing a piece, any piece, that means we have a function in mind. We need to solve a problem. We need to solve something. But the tricky part is to also solve or identify all the different needs that we could never anticipate from the beginning. And this is something that we have embraced in the process of the ultimate trolley, where someone else could find their own way of using the trolley.”
