Nike SB Joins Supreme on a New Air Darwin Sneaker
References: highsnobiety
Supreme works in collaboration with Nike SB to continue their ongoing partnership and the spotlight hits the Air Darwin sneaker model this time around. It has a low-top build and was originally created in the 90s as a basketball shoe. The retro elements are retained throughout the shoe and it kicks off with crisp canvas materials along the uppers.
The sneakers are then detailed with Supreme badges as a slew of branding followed by traditional Nike branding such as the backward Swoosh logo. The joint sneaker is also defined by its classic woven lace eyelets over the forefoot and the slightly chunky sole unit that it is resting on. At the bottom is the large Swoosh and basketball emblem to round it all out.
