Parley for the Oceans and adidas' Run for the Oceans is a global movement that brings awareness to the importance of taking action to protect the ocean and all the life that inhabits it.
Earlier this month, Parley and adidas have been calling on support from communities around the world, asking them to rally together for a change-making initiative—for every kilometer run, up to the first one million kilometers, adidas will be contributing a dollar to the Parley Ocean Plastic Program, which supports the education and empowerment provided through the Parley Ocean School initiative.
In 2016, adidas unveiled a running shoe made from upcycled ocean plastic and it continues to share innovative adidas x Parley garments and footwear that make use of Parley Ocean Plastic.
