The Abyss Board is a new water toy designed to give you the "feeling of flight" while underwater. The Abyss Board is shaped like a Manta Ray and is meant to be towed while underwater.
Most water sports require participants to be above water, which is what makes the Abyss Board so awesome. Ideally the board is towed behind a boat at around 10 mph, although that speed would probably be pushed higher as 10 mph is dreadfully slow to anyone above water. The board is steered using the two wrist handles. The Abyss Board has been designed with safety in mind. The rider can surface by pulling up on the board and runs no risk of falling and getting hurt. The board can be seen in action in the video below and can be bought for $395.
