Folks with allergic reactions to food may never have to fear their dinner again, thanks to Park Jung Eun's 'A-Check'. 'A-Check' is a conceptual allergen detector designed to detect food allergies.
'A-Check' works by having kits that detect for certain types of food. Simply load the kit you need into the 'A-Check' system and dip it into your dish; if the tip turns red then your food contains your allergen.
While I don't have any food allergies, I am hoping that 'A-Check' goes from concept to reality sooner than later. Nobody should have to live in fear of food.
