A Beautiful Mess x Modcloth adds to the growing association between fashion bloggers and clothing distributors. Elsie Larson, the mastermind behind lifestyle site A Beautiful Mess, will be collaborating exclusively with the indie and retro-themed online shop.

Modcloth’s joint project with Larson builds on the company’s 2011 jewelery venture which saw its sale of pieces from blog aficionados James Kicinski-Mccoy (Bleubird) and Julie O’Boyle (Orchid Grey). The company is the first of its kind to focus on a virtual approach to style.
