European media giant Mediahuis, publisher of De Telegraaf and the Irish Independent, has enlisted 72andSunny Amsterdam to develop a Gen Z-focused current affairs brand. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between traditional journalism and younger audiences, leveraging independent reporting to engage the next generation. Mediahuis’ portfolio also includes VROUW, Privé, and the Belfast Telegraph. The company will initially focus on developing branding.
