15 STARS Debuts the '7 & 15 YO Private Stock' Aged Bourbon
15 STARS has launched the brand’s second-aged bourbon offering, sharing the ‘7 & 15 YO Private Stock.’ The premium expression fuses the flavors of two unique Kentucky straight bourbons that have been aged 7 and 15 years, respectively in addition to being “flavor-proofed” to 107 proof. The bourbon smells of fresh cinnamon, rose petals, and apricot, while the taste brings flavors of citrus, spice, caramel, and almonds for a rounded and distinct taste. Finished with hints of oak, the ‘7 & 15 YO Private Stock’ pays homage to Kentucky’s history of bourbon craftsmanship.
“I am incredibly proud of our 7 & 15 YO bourbon whiskey and what it has achieved in competitions. It’s always great to see other people enjoy our bottles as much as we do,” said Rick Johnson, Co-Founder of 15 STARS. “We are fully committed to the art of blending fine aged bourbons which brings extra depth and complexity to our whiskey.”
