New Balance unveils its new set of tonal palettes of the 576 sneaker model that is set to launch officially on March 2nd and will be available to shop online. The silhouette made its first appearance back in 1988 and the recent launch retains its retro silhouette along with the traditionally large N logo. It was originally an all-terrain training sneaker and now with its wider fit throughout the silhouette, it is comfortable for lifestyle and all-day wearing. It allows for color-blocking capabilities and welcomes a more casual approach.
Now, the shoe celebrates its 35th anniversary with two colorways made from premium suede throughout the upper along with luxe pigskin and synthetic touches as well. It all sits on top of the classic ENCAP midsole base and rubber outsole. Sam Pearance, the Creative design Manager for NB Made in UK notes that “The 576 has taken on many different forms and variations over the years, but now, with the model clocking its 35th anniversary we wanted to give the consumer the true experience of this shoe in its original form.”
