The 3M Headquarters are Updated to Show Transparency

Peter Ebner and Friends were responsible for doing part of the updates for the 3M headquarters in Minnesota. The goal for the redesign was to give more room for work areas, as well as show more transparency within the company.
To achieve these goals, the main floor was opened up, with many rooms made with glass so that people can see into the meeting rooms. The glass also allows people inside to look towards the outdoors and take in the views of the garden, which should help to promote relaxation at work. Communal space is also promoted in other areas of the office, with long tables set up so that people can work together on various projects, or just sit around and discuss ideas with each other.
