The nylon/spandex sleeve wraps tightly but comfortably around the hand, forearm and lower bicep of the dominant shooting arm of the athlete. The sleeve places an emphasis on the index and middle finger of the hand, creating a resistance workout entitled the 'ResistFleX.' This system is formed with elastic bands, which help to strengthen these two fingers, which are the last two fingers used when shooting. The product claims to increase muscle memory, maximize workouts and increase ball handling and range on your jumpshot.
