A new high-tech automated porta-potty being installed in Center City, Philadelphia. The first public toilet in Philly, the toilet will cost 25 cents to use. And after each use, the inside of the bathroom is completely sanitized. The high tech toilets cost $250,000, and ths city of Philadelphia has already ordered a dozen!
