It's interesting to see the gendering of products especially when it comes to something like wearable technology, but we're seeing a distinct rise in wearable tech for women that's specifically designed to be lighter and more appealing for the feminine user. One of the obvious ways that designers are appealing to feminine consumer is by designing the wearable solutions to look like jewelry; something that's more stylish is a clear winner with consumers looking to incorporate modern advancements without sacrificing fashion.
As we continue to move further into the wearable market, we're going to see a number of complex ways that brands are going to appeal to the mass market. Wearable tech for women is a broader example of a growing movement to get consumers excited.
