From Edible Picture Printers to 3D Chocolate Printers
Michael Hemsworth — January 24, 2013 — Tech
Gone are the days when a printer was simply tool for printing basic documents; today, printers can product everything from braille-enabled sheets to chocolate confections.
One of the most popular trends is 3D printing, which enables users to seamlessly print objects right from home. While this is an excellent idea for architects and engineers to pass designs around, it is being strangely modified for the mass market with ones that can craft candies and toast. There are a few out-of-this-world designs that are concepts, which leaves hope that they won't actually be released for purchase; that is, unless, you're really hoping to be able to print food or the pictures that can be enjoyed before being consumed.
