This year has marked a wonderful emergence of contemporary and fresh fashions from the ready-to-wear collections. Designers have consciously attempted to appeal to mass markets and display modern garments on playful runways.
The fabulous fashion shows this season were outstanding and the rtw runways went above and beyond all expectations. Fun highlights included Donna Karan's, Tracey Reese's and Oscar de la Renta's collections that were exquisitely crafted and knockouts. Other honorable designers went for futuristic, vintage-inspired and wacky renditions. The 2013 season was full of surprises and wonderful reincarnations from the past, future and representations of the present state of the fashion industry.
