From Clip-On Camera Lenses to Automated Selfie Remotes

As smartphones become more equipped to take better quality pictures, especially with phone add-ons, it’s becoming difficult to justify carrying around an actual camera. There are a ton of smartphone add-ons that are designed to enhance a user’s ability to take photos, with lenses that are capable of lending the abilities of a camera for fisheye, macro and wide-angle captures.
The ‘Turnikit’ is one particularly neat phone add-on that consists of a lens adapter for the iPhone that makes Canon and Nikon camera lenses usable on a smartphone.
Some of the larger lens attachments might seem a little bulky and awkward to use, but if you set yourself up with a tripod, the cost of these add-ons is far more reasonable than investing in a quality professional camera.
