There is something so satisfying when you strike a match, I’m not surprised that they haven’t been completely replaced by other lighting alternatives. Besides the satisfaction, there are some inventions that are just perfect as is. I mean, if you need to light a candle or cigarette (yuck), it doesn’t take much to light a match, does it.
