From Swiss Cheese Architecture to Braille-Inspired Buildings

Architects are always creating new and interesting building designs. One way to add interest to a structure is to create elaborate and sometimes irregularly shaped cut-outs in a building’s facade that function occasionally as non-traditional windows or sometimes just as decoration. These cut-out buildings stand out against a backdrop of ordinary office buildings.
Implications - The concept of workspaces is making a transition from separated, individual offices to a more open concept environment. The flow of information within company walls is becoming more free-flowing and this open concept office movement is partially responsible for making it happen.
