From Naughty Dollies to Recycled Zombie Dolls

There are very few toys with a better reputation than Mattel's iconic Barbie doll, but this cluster of Barbie behaving badly serves as proof that Barbie isn't always such a great role model after all.
There are weapon-wielding mutant Barbies and even Barbies strapped to the electric chair as punishment for dirty deeds. From naughty dollies to zombie dolls, there's plenty of proof of Barbie behaving badly.
Implications - The influence of Barbie on pop culture is undeniable. Over the years, the dolls have generated significant controversy in the media and a large portion of parents in the toy-consuming population are opposed to these dolls for a variety of reasons. Many of these anti-barbie consumers are also artists who have released a number of humoristic varieties of the doll to appeal to those who feel that Barbie has created an unrealistic standard for women and children.
