A super open-minded girl born in China and grow up in Beijing and Montreal, she is currently a second year Financial Analysis and Risk Management student at UW. Moving to Ontario and studying in UW was one of the best decisions she made in her life so far. She has the chance to meet a bunch of cool and amazing people. She believes that traveling and sharing ideas with others would make one a well developed and accomplished person.

What is unique that's not in your bio?

I like to take bus and metro. I like the feel of walking on the street among the crowd. My favorite color is pink, my favorite number is 27, my favorite class is art (in high school), my favorite fruit is apple, my favorite Cartoon show is The Simpsons. Ps: I love food, all of them!

What's your favorite accomplishment?

I learned french within a year and half and adapted well the new culture and become a part of Saint-Maurice's cheers.

How do you define cool?

Cool refers to something that is unusual, special, different from others in an impressive way. It is hard to define. I know it when I see it, but it is hard to describe.

What is your secret to uncovering trends?

Trends can be found everywhere in your daily life. It can be a small change in the color of a magazine's cover page or a habit learned by people throughout time. The key words to discover trends are curiosity & observation & imagination. First of all, we have to be curios about things happened around us. This will motivate us to find out why it is happened and how it is changed. After observing things, we can somehow relate all of the changes together with our imagination and determine the new trends. The last step is to share it with others and make it cool.

What do you enjoy most about Trend Hunter?

Trend Hunter is a great place where I discover things beyond my imagination. The website is full filled of surprises and super surprises. I learned a lot from the trends discovered by our hunters. I am somehow inspirited by the ideas behind those trends.

What is your favorite trend?

I do not really have a favorite one, I like everything that is different and impressive.

What are your tips for writing a juicy post?

Get to kwon your target and use your imagination to make the post creative and impressive.

How do you reset to be creative?

Good imagination is really important. Find a way to grab people's attention.

What inspires or excites you?

Creative ideas. A new way to do things or a new way to look at things, they both inspire me.

Predict something awesome for 2020?

Life: Build 18th century or 19th century's castle that allows people to experience old lifestyle for real. People could take a week off and isolate themselves from the modern world. They could have a chance to live the old fashion for real. Technology: Cellphone would become intelligent earphones. The commends would be send through neuron transmission. The earphones would dial the number by itself.
