Both made in the signature Detroit pizza style – a rectangular pan pizza with a thick, crisp, chewy crust – the new Yardbird and BBQ Brisket pizzas provide a delicious new way to enjoy Slows' signature BBQ sauces. The Yardbird pizza takes its name from a sandwich of the same name over at Slows Bar BQ and features a delicious combination of pulled chicken, sauteed mushrooms, cheddar cheese, honey mustard barbecue sauce, bacon, and a drizzle of Slows apple BBQ sauce.
