Local Kitchens has teamed up with the ‘Queen of Falafel,' Chef Einat Admony, to introduce the new Yalla Falafel menu.
Chef Einat Admony is James Beard semi-finalist and the brains behind the popular New York City restaurants, Balaboosta and Taim. Now, Chef Einat has teamed up with Local Kitchens to bring her talents to the California chain. Chef Einat's new Yalla Falafel menu is a collection of flavorful Mediterranean dishes that highlight signature ingredients from the region, like shipka peppers, Moroccan carrots, black garlic, and more. Standout dishes include the herby Green Falafel, the Amba Chicken Rice Plate made with seven shawarma spices and amba sauce, the Black Garlic Cauliflower drizzled in a black garlic aioli, and the creamy Hummus served with two fluffy Angel’s pitas.
The new Yalla Falafel menu is available from 11 Local Kitchens locations beginning on July 25, 2024.
