May 3rd marks 'World Press Freedom Day' all across the globe, but unfortunately, there isn't freedom everywhere and you have to know that things are getting out of control when the Chinese government censors an article on censorship.
In celebration of free speech, HUMO Magazine took the uncensored version of that article and snuck it back into China. The controversial campaign involved printing the article on t-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, phone cases and hats within Chinese factories. Of course there were a few factories that refused to print the sensitive material, but HUMO was successful in sneaking the censored article into the country where it wouldn't normally be caught. In support of the Chinese Press and Reporters Without Borders, HUMO is offering these "uncensored articles" for sale.
