It was made by cutting up timber panels into small polygonal tiles and arranging them in geoform patterns.
All sorts of wooden sheets can be manipulated this way and fastened to a "flexible support," also known as fabric. Even with the separate pieces positioned nice and close together, their parametric cut lines make the Wooden Mesh foldable and furlable so that the product could be used for blankets, curtains and other diverse purposes.
