While Fazoli's is primarily known for serving up premium Italian dishes at inexpensive prices, now the chain is venturing into new territory by launching a chicken wings concept called 'Wingville.'
Like many brands, the pandemic forced Fazoli's to rethink many of its offerings. In the early days of COVID-19 shutdowns, the brand saw the need for a product that was takeout and drive-thru-friendly and quickly launched wings at several locations. The new offering was a hit and as CEO Carl Howard explains, "Once we saw the shift to off-premises sales and the overwhelming growth of delivery, we put our foot on the gas."
Now Fazoli's is launching chicken wings in a variety of craveable flavors under the name Wingsville. Fazoli’s wings are prepared in fryers and the new offering will be available for dine-in, drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery.
